Kaprain becomes majority owner of FK Pardubice

The investment group Kaprain has today completed the acquisition of FK Pardubice football club, acquiring an approximately 70% stake in the club from the majority of its shareholders. In doing so, Kaprain is not only strengthening its support for sport but also expanding its presence in Pardubice, where it has owned and developed the long-established chemical company Synthesia since last year.
