The Kaprain Group is getting stronger. Jan Kadaník is now in charge of the development of industrial projects.
Jan Kadaník has joined the top management of Kaprain Group. The manager with many years of experience from Czech and global companies comes to develop Kaprain Group’s industrial projects.
“We have been growing in the industry for a long time. Today, we employ several thousand people in Spolchemie, Synthesia and our other industrial companies and have a turnover of more than CZK 20 billion. We are very pleased that Jan Kadaník has accepted our offer and taken charge of the future development in this area,” explains Karel Pražák, owner of Kaprain Group, about Jan Kadaník’s new role.
Kaprain Group is the 100% owner of the chemical plants Spolchemie, Synthesia and Fortischem and the rubber companies Rubena and Gumokov. Jan Kadaník will be in charge of the development of these companies.
Jan Kadaník is an experienced manager. Until 2007, he worked as Director of Strategy at the Agrofert Group and then for more than ten years as CFO and then CEO at Ameropa, a Swiss family-owned company with operations in more than 40 countries, focusing on trade, logistics and production in the field of agricultural commodities. From 2020, Jan Kadaník also holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cetin Group.
